Some measures to take to prevent and to mitigate the injurious effects derived from the geologic events have been expressed in previous paragraphs. For that reason next the criteria more general are related only than they are derived from them:

1. To make investigations destined to know the different types from active geologic events better or that are latent in each territory

2. To present the takers decisions the nature and consequences of these generating geologic events of risk

3. To develop maps of geologic irrigations and vulnerability at general and territorial level, and to design the systems of monitoreo of the active zones where catastrophic events can be triggered

4. To introduce the education on geologic risks and their mitigación in the programs of primary, secondary, professional and not-formal education, at national level

5. Specially, to educate to the communities in the geologic irrigations to that they are put under, its consequences, and the actions to take from preventive character.
